    We require that all applicants provide proof of income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rental amount. Our leasing team can assist with any questions regarding rental criteria and the application process.

  • How much is the deposit?

    The security deposit is $700.

  • What lease terms are available?

    We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 14 months.

  • Is renters’ insurance required?

    Yes, renters’ insurance is required.

  • How do I pay rent?

    Rent can be paid online via the resident portal.

  • What is included in the monthly rent?

    Only rent is included. Personal liability coverage of $100,000 is required.

    We provide surface lot and garage parking. Some floorplans have attached garages. Detached garages are available for $125 per month.

  • Do you have a preferred employer program?
